Mondays - Pool Closed (pool cleaning day)

Tuesday - Sunday    10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Weekends    8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.

SIGN IN – The pool facilities are for the use of members of the Quail Creek Property Owners Association who have properly obtained an entry code and whose Homeowners dues are up to date.

Entrance Gate to remain CLOSED at all times.  Entry code access only.  Please close the gate upon entering and exiting the pool area.  Due to liability issues do not open gate for others.

SIGN IN – Residents who have purchased an entry code, signed a "Hold Harmless Agreement" and who agreed to follow the pool rules may use the pool when the lifeguard is not on duty. There will be a one time $10 fee per household to obtain an entry code for use of the pool.  Entry codes are meant to be used by the code holders and their immediate family only.  Codes may not be given to another resident or be used to admit other residents whose family does not have a code.

CHILDREN – Children must be 12 years of age to be allowed in the pool without homeowner/parent supervision when a lifeguard is present. Fine for violation is $200. Parents are responsible for their children. The lifeguards are not babysitters; they are there for safety only.

CHILDREN – All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent when there is no lifeguard on duty.

GUESTS – All guests must be accompanied by the homeowner, regardless of age. Up to four swimming guests per household. All guest must wear a guest band that may be purchased through the lifeguard.  The fee is $2.00 per guest band.

GUESTS – No guests whatsoever when there is no lifeguard on duty.

PARTIES – The pool cannot be reserved. No pool parties unless the clubhouse is reserved. An extra lifeguard will be at your expense. Pool Parties on Monday through Thursday only.

BEHAVIOR: NO DIVING! Horseplay and vulgar language is prohibited due to the potential of danger or annoyance to others. Please limit the use of floatation devices during peak hours.

BEHAVIOR: NO DIVING! Please be considerate of noise levels, especially in the early morning and at night, to avoid disturbing those who live near the pool.  Horseplay and vulgar language is prohibited.

NONCOMPLIANCE – Failure to observe and follow all rules will result in fines and loss of pool privileges. The lifeguard or fellow homeowners have the authority to enforce the rules and may require swimmers to leave the area if rules are not being followed. We encourage you to help enforce the rules for the safety and enjoyment of all of us.

Follow all posted safety signs and rules.

Leave the pool area clean. Garbage cans are available. Check your area and pick up before you leave.

Please help keep the bathrooms clean.

Be considerate of noise levels to avoid disturbing those who live near the pool.

Babies must wear rubber pants or diapers made especially for swimming.

Don't bring pets into the pool area.

Don't bring food or drink in the pool. Tables are provided for snacks and picnics.

No alcohol by anyone under 21 years of age.

No glass containers or gum in the pool area.

Don't use profanity.  (This is a family area.)

Don't use radios with extension speakers.  (Radios with earphones are permitted.)

Don't swim in inclement weather when lightning is present.

Don't handle or tamper with safety equipment except in case of emergency.
