Quail Creek Club House Rental Agreement

(The rental agreement has recently been revised.  The latest changes have NOT been made to this representation of that agreement.  What follows is still, generally speaking, in force.  The latest version will be available here, soon.  Meanwhile, see the Reservations Manager for the current agreement.)

The following rules apply to use of the Quail Creek Clubhouse and are provided as information to promote the enjoyment of the Clubhouse facilities. The following agreement has been developed to insure that parties using the Clubhouse know and understand the rules that apply to it’s use. The Clubhouse belongs to all of us so please treat it as you would your own home.

This agreement must be read, signed and returned prior to obtaining the key to the clubhouse.

The Quail Creek  property owner(s) making reservations will be called the "Event Host" and must be present for the duration of the rental period.
