made to this representation of that agreement. What follows is
still, generally speaking, in force. The latest version will be
available here, soon. Meanwhile, see the Reservations Manager for
the current agreement.)
The following rules apply to use of the Quail
Creek Clubhouse and are provided as information
to promote the enjoyment of the Clubhouse facilities. The following
agreement has been developed to insure that parties using the Clubhouse
know and understand the rules that apply to it’s use. The Clubhouse
belongs to all of us so please treat it as you would your own home.
This agreement must be read, signed and
returned prior to obtaining the key to the clubhouse.
The Quail Creek
property owner(s) making reservations will be called the "Event
Host" and must be present for the duration of the rental period.

CLUBHOUSE PARTIES
All private Clubhouse parties should be
limited to 50 people per the Fire Marshall of the State of Louisiana.
Events must be over by 12 a.m. (midnight)
and cleanup must be completed by 1:00 a.m.
The key to the Clubhouse will be given to
adult resident only.
The Event Host is responsible for:
- Returning the key to the designated
location at the time specified by the committee member
- Turning off air conditioner/heater
- Turning off inside and outside fans
- Resetting security alarm
- Locking all exterior doors
Clubhouse doors and windows should remain
closed during parties. Exceptionally loud music, excessive drinking of
alcoholic beverages, underage drinking per Louisiana law, and obnoxious
behavior is prohibited.
Clubhouse doors to the pool area should be
kept closed and locked for events that do not include pool use.
The Event Host must supply additional
chairs, tables, dishes etc. During non-pool hours, it is the
responsibility of the Event Host to replace any furniture brought into the
Clubhouse for use by the party back to it’s original location in the
pool/patio area.
Balloons should not be attached to the
fans. Ribbons must be completely removed from the chairs, etc. An
additional fee will be withheld from the deposit to cover removal of
balloons, etc. No decorations may be taped or nailed to Clubhouse walls.
Decorations may be hung from permanent nails located above doors and
windowsills.
Parking should be confined to the parking
lot located adjacent to the tennis courts. For safety reasons, please only
use the circular drive for parking during after hour pool parties. If
parking is not sufficient for the size of your party, please park
additional vehicles at your home and carpool to the clubhouse.
A licensed professional hired by the Swim
and Racquet Club will assess damages, which occur to the
Clubhouse while the Clubhouse is under the responsibility of the Event
Host. The Event Host under any circumstances should perform no repairs.
Event Host will not be allowed to rent the
Clubhouse until all costs previously incurred by the Swim and
Racquet Club for repairs are paid in full. The Quail Creek
Swim and Racquet Club will bill event Host.

POOL PARTIES
Parties including use of the pool during
regular pool hours should be limited to 20 swimming guests (this includes Quail
Creek residents, parents and children). The number should be
given to the individual handling the reservation prior to the party in the
event that it would be necessary to hire an additional lifeguard (decision
to be made at lifeguard’s discretion). The Event Host would be
responsible for the charge.
The pool can be reserved for Clubhouse
parties Monday through Thursday after regular pool hours and during key
season. An approved
lifeguard must be present. Arrangements for approved lifeguards can be
made when reservations are made lifeguard must be obtained and hired
through the Quail Creek Swim and Racquet Club.
An adult at pool side must accompany
children under 12 and the regular pool rules apply. Rules are attached.
No wet bodies are allowed in the Clubhouse
at any time (including private parties).

CLEANUP AND HANDLING OF
GARBAGE
All food, drinks, trash, and decorations
should be removed from the interior and exterior of the Clubhouse and pool
areas. All trash should be bagged and placed in trash cans as follows.
Open pool season – All trash
should be bagged and placed in trash cans located outside at the back of
the Clubhouse for parties held Tuesday through Thursday evenings. The
lifeguards will place the garbage cans out for trash pickup. A garbage can
will be housed on the side front patio for placement of trash for parties
held from Friday through Monday evenings. Event Hosts are responsible for
placing the garbage can(s) by the street on Monday evening or Tuesday
morning (not prior to).
Closed pool season – Event Hosts
are required to place bagged trash in the garbage can(s) located on the
side front patio. Event Hosts are responsible for placing the garbage cans
at the end of the driveway by the street on either Monday or Thursday
evening following the party and for replacing the garbage cans on the side
front patio after garbage pickup.
The Event Host should take excessive trash
that will not fit in the garbage cans home. Bags of garbage should not be
left lying around the pool or patio areas.
RESIDENT RENTAL FEE: $80.00 (includes use
of entertainment center)
DAMAGE/CLEANING DEPOSIT: $300.00 (refundable)
NON-RESIDENT RENTAL FEE: $200.00 (includes use
of entertainment center)
DAMAGE/CLEANING DEPOSIT: $500.00
(refundable)
