First, we'd like to
call your attention to two new links on the homepage (at the start
of the 'News' section): 'Volunteers Needed!' and 'Upcoming Events.'
The 'Volunteers Needed' link takes you to the 'Committees' page
where you can see where your help is needed around Quail Creek.
Currently, we need volunteers to spearhead our major family-oriented
special events and to assist with our other committees. The
'Upcoming Events' link takes you to a brand new web page that lists
the dates of upcoming General Membership Meetings and Special
Events.
Secondly, if you're
in need of a babysitter or would like to advertise your sitting
services, please visit the 'Babysitters'
page. There you will find Quail Creek youth who want to earn
an extra buck by helping you with your children and pets.
Please look no further than your Quail Creek neighbors when you need

Financial State Of Quail Creek
(1/06)
As most of you know, your Quail Creek dues
will be lower come July 1st, 2006 - even with post-Katrina clean up
and the rebuilding of Quail Creek after the storm. The future
is looking bright. Recently you approved the security of Quail
Creek by approving the By-law addition securing our Emergency
Building Fund account that can only be used with approval of the
membership. We have worked very hard these past two years to
get the work that was needed in Quail Creek done and to prepare for
our future financially. I am happy and very proud of what the
two boards that I have been associated with have accomplished.
I would like to report our financial status for the end of
2005 and the beginning of 2006:
